we’ve been investing in rock hill’s parks since 2004.
Who We Are
The Rock Hill Parks Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable fund dedicated to enhancing Rock Hill's quality of life beyond the standard operations of the Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department.
We are not a city department. We are your neighbors, investing in the green spaces, programs, and facilities that make Rock Hill a place people are proud to call home.
Every gift we receive goes directly back into the parks, trails, gardens, and programs that serve this community every single day.

The Foundation funds projects and programs that go beyond Rock Hill PRT’s annual operating budget. When a park needs more than maintenance, when a program needs a champion, when a facility needs a lift, that's where we come in.
What We Do
Our three pillars guide every decision we make:
Grow Green Spaces
Change Lives
Strengthen Future Leaders
Founded in 2004, the Rock Hill Parks Foundation has grown into one of this community's most trusted advocates for parks, recreation, and the people who depend on them. We are a proud 501(c)(3) and a member of the National Association of Park Foundations. Investment and administrative services are provided by First Citizens Bank + Trust Company.
